Reliable and fast

In Italy we ship exclusively with TNT with delivery in 24h in the main Italian cities (48h for the rest). The shipment tracking code will be sent via email as soon as the courier collects the package so that you can follow the shipment and not miss the delivery.

In the rest of the world we ship with the best international couriers (DHL, Fedex, UPS, Aramex).

Import Taxes

If you place an order outside of the European Union, your purchase may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. Leonardo Shoes has no control over these costs and cannot provide an accurate estimate, as customs regulations and import fees vary greatly from country to country.
To make it easier for you, we have created a handy summary of shipping conditions for some of the most popular destinations:

United States: Orders with a declared value of less than $800 are exempt from duties and taxes, according to the de minimis rule applied for goods intended for personal use
Norway: No customs duties apply, but a VAT of 25% is payable on the value of the order
Australia: For imported goods with a declared value of less than AUD 1,000, no customs duties apply. However, once this threshold is exceeded, the duty is 5% of the value of the goods, and 10% GST is applied to both the value of the goods and the transportation costs.
Hong Kong: No duty or VAT is applied.
Singapore: There is a 7% GST on the value of the goods, which is also applicable to imports.
Switzerland: Importation is subject to a 22 CHF customs processing fee, in addition to an 8% duty and an 8% VAT on the value of the order.

For any returned product you can request a refund or free replacement for any reason. You can return the purchased goods by shipping them back at your expense within 14 days from the date of receipt, if an exchange is requested the shipping will be free.
