You can purchase the Gift Card online. At the time of purchase, you can choose the amount of the Gift Card up to a maximum of €1,000. The "CASH ON DELIVERY" payment method (payment to the courier) is not accepted for Gift Cards.

It can be used:

• On our online store Leonardo Shoes.
• In the boutique at Via Dei Cerchi 9r- 50122 - Florence- Italy.

You'll receive the Gift Card at the email address you provided during checkout. Enter the recipient's email address and choose whether to send your gift immediately or schedule a date and time of your choosing. Enter your email address during checkout to receive your order confirmation.

The Gift Card is valid for 5 years. It can be used on our online store. Leonardo Shoes or at the boutique at Via Dei Cerchi 9r - 50122 - Florence - Italy. You can use the Gift Card in a single transaction, top up the amount with another payment method, or choose to save part of its value for your next purchase. You can use the remaining balance both online and in-store.

Enter your Gift Card code on the balance page to check the remaining amount.

You can return the Gift Card within 14 days of purchase. You will receive a refund using the same payment method you used when placing your order.

For all products purchased via Gift Card, you can request a return or size exchange in accordance with our general terms and conditions.

If you wish to return an order paid for partly with a Gift Card and partly with another payment method, you will receive a combined refund: the amount paid with the Gift Card will be credited back to the Gift Card; the remaining amount will be credited to the payment method you used at checkout.

If you wish to purchase a Gift Card and one or more of our products, you will need to place two separate orders.
