Import Taxes

Shipments from our online store can be made:
1) DDP: Delivered Duty Paid, meaning your order will arrive with all shipping, customs, and taxes covered by us upfront.

Within 1 working day from receipt of your order, it will be entrusted to the courier chosen by you during the purchase procedure.
All couriers collect from Monday to Friday but can also deliver on Saturdays in some selected cities. For more information on this, you can consult the website of the chosen courier directly.For personalized and Made to Order items, the delivery time will be communicated at the time of ordering.

Reliable and fast
In Italy we ship exclusively with TNT with delivery in 24h in the main Italian cities (48h for the rest). The shipment tracking code will be sent via email as soon as the courier collects the package so that you can follow the shipment and not miss the delivery.

In the rest of the world we ship with the best international couriers (DHL, Fedex, UPS, Aramex).

For any returned product, you can request a refund or free replacement for any reason. You can return purchased goods at your own expense within 14 days from the date of receipt; if an exchange is requested, the shipping of the new item will be free.
For bags customized with initials, returns are not possible.
