You can purchase the Gift Card online. At the time of purchase you can choose the amount of the Gift Card up to a maximum of €1000. The "CASH ON DELIVERY" payment method (payment to the courier) is not accepted for Gift Cards.

It can be used:

- On our online store Leonardo Shoes.

- In the boutique in Via Dei Cerchi 9r- 50122 - Florence - Italy.

You will receive the Gift Card at the email address you indicate during the purchase. Enter the email address of the person receiving the gift and choose whether to send your gift immediately or schedule a date and time of your choice. During checkout, indicate your email address to receive confirmation of your order.

The Gift Card is valid for 5 years. It can be used on our Leonardo Shoes online store or in the boutique in Via Dei Cerchi 9r- 50122 - Florence- Italy. You can use the Gift Card in a single payment, integrate the amount with another payment method or choose to keep part of its value for your next purchase. You can use the remaining credit both online and in store.

You can return the Gift Card within 14 days of purchase. You will receive a refund using the same payment method you chose when ordering.

For all products purchased via Gift Card you can request a return or size exchange in accordance with our general conditions of sale.

If you want to return an order paid partly with Gift Card and partly with another payment method, you will receive a combined refund: the amount paid with Gift Card will be credited back to it; instead you will receive the remaining amount on the payment method chosen at the time of purchase.

If you intend to purchase a Gift Card and one or more of our products you will need to place two separate orders.
