Make sure you have entered the delivery address and postcode correctly. In the event of an incorrect address or taxes and/or customs checks, there may be delays in the delivery of the orders. We remind you that the courier does not deliver on weekends and on the following days: 25/12, 26/12, 01/01.
Leonardo Shoes offers the extension of returns during holidays, applicable to all orders placed between 9/11 and 25/12 . If the confirmation date of your order falls within this period of time, you will be able to request a return until 30/01. The return extension is valid in all countries.
It is possible to return the purchased goods by sending them back at your expense within 14 days from the date of receipt (extended holiday period), to the address indicated below:

The goods must be returned not used, worn or damaged in its box and original packaging. The box must be adequately protected and must not show any damage or stickers.
As soon as we receive the package back, we will check the integrity of the package and the goods and we will carry out the replacement or refund based on your request.
Free returns in Italy: Returns and exchanges are free in Italy. Write to firstname.lastname@example.org to receive authorisation.
Replacement or refund
For any returned product, it is possible to request a refund or replacement for any reason.
Replacement: Within 24 hours of receiving your parcel back, we will send the new model/ requested to the same address of the initial order at no additional cost.
Refund: We will refund your payment in full by the same means used for the purchase within 3 working days.

Errors or defects
If, due to our mistake, you have received a product other than the one ordered or a defective product, please send photographic proof of the dispute within 5 days to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org
Indicate the following information: name and surname, order number, problem encountered and attach photos proving the problem described.
In case of confirmation by our craftsman of his error in packaging the order or in the production of the product we will send a courier to pick up the defective product at our expense and we will send the correct item as soon as possible (usually 24h).
