Import Taxes
If you place an order outside of the European Union, your purchase may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. Leonardo Shoes has no control over these costs and cannot provide an accurate estimate, as customs regulations and import fees vary greatly from country to country.
United States: Effective August 29, 2025, the United States government has imposed duties and taxes on all products purchased from abroad, regardless of value.
Shipments from our online store can be made:
1) DDP: Delivered Duty Paid, meaning your order will arrive with all shipping, customs, and taxes covered by us upfront.
2) Shipping Only: You can choose to pay only the shipping cost with your order. This way, you will be contacted by UPS, who will handle the customs formalities for you and notify you of the amount to be paid before delivery of the package.

Within 1 working day from receipt of your order, it will be entrusted to the courier chosen by you during the purchase procedure.
All couriers collect from Monday to Friday but can also deliver on Saturdays in some selected cities. For more information on this, you can consult the website of the chosen courier directly.For personalized and Made to Order items, the delivery time will be communicated at the time of ordering.

Reliable and fast
In Italy we ship exclusively with TNT with delivery in 24h in the main Italian cities (48h for the rest). The shipment tracking code will be sent via email as soon as the courier collects the package so that you can follow the shipment and not miss the delivery.
In the rest of the world we ship with the best international couriers (DHL, Fedex, UPS, Aramex).
